At Flor de Caña, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once we verify the documentation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
